Who we are
Answerly is a service that answers a business's customer messages (Instagram, WhatsApp, email) with an AI assistant, using what the business owner teaches it. Contact: WhatsApp +961 81 900 002.
What we collect
The business owner's account details (email, name), what they teach Answerly (rules, prices, products, their public website address), and the messages customers send to the business through the channels the owner connects, including photos and voice notes, plus the customer's public name and profile ID on that channel.
A business connects its Instagram professional account with Instagram's official login. We receive messages sent to that account, its username and profile photo, and send replies from that account through Meta's Instagram API. We never ask for an Instagram password, never message anyone first, and only reply within 24 hours of a customer's message. The access token is stored encrypted and is used only to receive and send that account's messages.
How data is used
Only to answer the business's customers, take their orders or bookings, and show the owner their conversations, drafts, reports and alerts. We never sell data, never use it for advertising, and never message customers on our own. Messages are processed by our AI providers (Anthropic, Google) only to write replies; they are not allowed to train on them.
Who can see it
Only the business owner and the team members they invite. Each business's data is isolated from every other business at the database level.
Keeping data
Conversations are kept while the business uses Answerly. When a business disconnects a channel or deletes its account, its data is deleted.
Deleting your data
Business owners: Account → Privacy & terms → Delete my account deletes everything. Customers who messaged a business: ask the business, or message us and we delete your conversations within 30 days. Removing Answerly from Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites) also stops it at once. Full instructions are on our Data deletion page (/data-deletion).
